I think we must be cautious in what we assume these events to be. We must be careful not to immediately assume they are a threat or dangerous. [Warden filter]An inmate reported to me some damage in the female inmate showers to the pipework. I'm not sure of the veracity of the report, but if a female warden could go and check one way or another, that would be greatly appreciated.
